Shirley has been baking all morning in our kitchen here at Swanland House Residential Home and this scrumptious looking Bakewell Tart is just one of her creations. Both our residents, our meals on wheels clients and even our staff (if there’s any left) will have a tasty treat to go with their coffees at tea time today!
